Diana Radoslavova

Diana Radoslavova is a senior lawyer and founder of the Centre for Legal Aid - Voice in Bulgaria. At the CLA Diana is actively involved in counselling, litigation and representation of asylum seekers, refugees and immigrants before administrative authorities and courts in Bulgaria and Europe on issues related to deportation and detention orders, fair process in refugee procedures, determination of the legal status of foreigners, etc. She also coordinates the activities of CLA Voice in Bulgaria on case management and legal aid.
Desislava Todorova

Desislava Todorova works as a lawyer at the Legal Aid Center "Voice in Bulgaria" since 2017. She graduated in law at the Reinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University in Bonn, Germany. She has academic and professional experience from Germany, Great Britain and Israel.
Todor Iliev

Attorney-at-law Todor Iliev has been working in the field of human rights protection since his graduation as a lawyer in 2013. Since 2015, he has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association and focuses primarily in the area of refugee and migration law. Since 2018, he has been part of the legal team of Center for Legal Aid "Voice in Bulgaria" and since July 2021 he has been a member of the Board of the Foundation. He has attended numerous trainings and seminars related to refugee and migration law at home and abroad and has extensive theoretical and practical experience in the field.
Martin Nedkov

Attorney-at-law Martin Nedkov graduated with his Master's degree in Law in 2011. After graduation, he chose to work for the protection of human rights and began his career as a lawyer at the National Federation of Construction, Industry and Water Supply of the national committee of the trade union "CT Podkrepa". Since 2015, his work as a legal practitioner has focused on refugee and migration law issues. Since 2017, he has been a member of the team of the CENTRE FOR LEGAL AID "VOICE IN BULGARIA", initially in the position of trainee case-manager, and subsequently case-manager and lawyer.
Diliana Giteva

Since 2000 Dilyana Giteva has been working as a lawyer, member of the Sofia Bar Association. In 2003 she received a fellowship under the Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) program at Columbia University Law School in New York. Dilyana Giteva has been the leader and coordinator of more than 20 projects, such as Strategic Litigation, Monitoring Human Rights in Bulgaria, General Measures for the Implementation of ECtHR Judgments against Bulgaria, Fair Administrative Justice, etc. She is the author of a number of articles and publications and has extensive experience as a speaker at conferences and seminars on international human rights standards, children's rights, women's rights, migrants' rights and protection against discrimination. She has participated in working groups for the development of draft laws, as well as in analyses of Bulgarian legislation and proposals for amendments aimed at achieving compliance with international human rights standards. Currently, Diliana provides legal assistance and case management for the social integration of migrants and asylum seekers in Bulgaria, with a particular focus on women and children.
Violeta Draganova

Violeta Draganova is a TV journalist and scriptwriter with many years of experience in national media, a PR specialist in the NGO sector with extensive experience in creating and communicating campaigns with a public focus. She has participated in specialized trainings and internships at the European Commission and the World Bank. Author of the novel "Alone with the Truth", for which she received the Nikolai Haitov Award.
